From the NYS Thruway 87 to Route 17 or Route 84
Route 17 is accessible from the NYS Thruway 87. Take exit 16 (Harriman/17) and head west on Route 17.

Route 84 is accessible from the NYS Thruway 87. Take exit 17 (Newburgh/Beacon/Rte. 84) and head west on Route 84.

From Route 17 (East or West) to Route 211
Heading west on Route 17, take exit 120 to the light at the bottom of the ramp. Turn left on Route 211.

Heading east on Route 17, take exit 120W to the bottom of the ramp. Turn right on Route 211.

From Route 84 (East or West) to Route 211
Heading west on Route 84, take exit 4W to Route 17 west. Stay to the right and take the immediate exit (120) to the light at the bottom of the ramp. Turn left on to Route 211.

Heading east on Route 84, take exit 4W on to Route 17 west. Stay to the right and take the immediate exit (120) to the light at the bottom of the ramp. Turn left on to Route 211.

From Route 211 to Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center
From Route 211, Dunning Road (Rte. 92) is the third light. Take a left on Dunning Road and take a right at the first light (by Firestone). A left at the next traffic light will bring you into Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center's parking lot.
